FOOD EATEN IN OUR KINGDOM

YHWH gave us rules about what we can consider as food (clean) and what we must not consider as food (unclean). He does this because He knows what is good for our body. He always wants the best for us, so if He tells us this isn't usable for food we love to listen to Him. You don't have to copy the Jewish diet. Just make some changes in what you're used to eat. YHWH likes the fact that we're all different. He wants us to stay how He made us. Be yourself.

For fruit and plants we can use: Plants yielding seed and every tree which has fruit yielding seed. (Genesis 1:29)

Blood we must not eat. (Leviticus 17:13-14) Strangled animals that were suffocated we don't eat because the blood is still in. (Acts 15:20)

And we don't cook meat in milk. (Exodus 23:19)

Make sure that you're food is very fresh.

For the rest you can see the list.
