Yeshua, the Life

Yeshua says from himself that He is the life. Today we’re going to talk about what it means that Yeshua is the life? And about what kind of life we talk about.

In John 3:16 we read that Yahweh loves us. Yahweh loves us so much that He wants to have a relationship with us. And that’s why He sent us His Son, Yeshua. So that everyone who believes in His Son will have eternal life.

John 3:16

“For Yahweh so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

In John 3:36 we read that believing the Son means that we have to obey Yeshua. When we don’t obey Yeshua, we don’t believe Him really. We disagree with him. But if we want eternal life we have to obey Yeshua as much as we can. For the full 100 procent.

John 3:36

He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of Yahweh abides on him.”

You can only have a life with Yahweh if you are willing to have a relationship with Him. Yahweh wants your love, He wants to be your Father.

We can read about his love in Matthew 22:37

Matthew 22:37

‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’

In John 16:27 we can read that Jesus speaks about God as his and our father.

John 16:27

for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me and have believed that I came forth from the Father.

A relationship with Yahweh means that you talk with Yahweh. That we listen to Him. That you know what He likes. That you want to be with Him. That you do things for Him.

Talking with Yahweh is praying with Yahweh. You tell Him how much you like Him and how thankful you are that He is in your life. And that you are thankful that He helped you. You talk about how you feel about Him, how your day was, what you liked, what is worrying you. And you can ask His help if you find something difficult. He’s always ready to be there for you.

Yahweh expect us also to grow. Because life without growth is not excisting. If you stop growing you are dead.

1 Peter 2:2

like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation,

A baby grows because he’s drinking the milk of his mum. The Word of Yahweh is the milk of the mum. And we’re the babies. When we read Yahweh’s Word, we will grow. And that makes Yahweh happy. He likes to see us growing.

 John 15:4

Abide in Me (Yeshua), and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me.

This means that if we stay connected with Yahweh. If we have a very good relationship with Yeshua we will learn to do the good things that Yahweh likes.

As I told you before if we obey Yeshua we have eternal life. He tells us how we suppose to live. How we can have a good relationship with His Father. If we do what Yeshua says we will have life, eternal life with Yahweh, our Father. We will have a good life.
